On September 29, 2012, Non-Ahmadi Muslims organized a conference on unity and oneness. Many representatives from different religions and schools of thought were invited to this event. Jama’at Ahmadiyya was invited in the capacity of a Muslim sect. Nasir Mahmood Butt, missionary Prairie region, had the opportunity to represent Jama’at Ahmadiyya in this conference and deliver a speech.

During his speech, he shed light on the teachings of Hadhrat Aqdas Masih Maud (a.s.) and Khulafa of Jama’at. He reiterated the criteria set by Hadhrat Masih Maud (as) as described by Huzur Ayadahp Allah Ta`la, that true peace and tranquility is only possible by remembering the founders of all religions with respect and honor.  Maulana Nasir Mahmood sahib also presented a few incidents from the life of the Holy Prophet (sa) to show how hetreated his enemies.

Non-Ahmadis highly appreciated his address and commented that the content of his speech was unlike any other and was very well related to the topic.

More than 700 people attended the conference.
